60 days Refund and Return Policy

We understand that sometimes we need a little more time to tend life matters that's why we extended our returns policy to a generous 60 days, which means you have 60 days after receiving your items to request a return. 

Eligibility and Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with labels attached, in its original packaging and within 60 days of receipt. Please note that this is a minimum requirements for our Returns Policy and must be met to be eligible for a refund.

The cost of a return is with the customers own expense, the only exception is that the items are faulty or was sent to us by error.

Returns

To start a return, you can contact us via email at artisanlifestyle@outlook.com with the explanation of the return.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If the items are bought in store, we require a receipt as proof of purchase and will not accept returns without a receipt. To return your product, please mail to: Lively Concept Store Unit 1 23 High Street Stone Staffordshire ST15 8AJ. Please note that you will be responsible for your own shipping cost for returning an item.

  • Earrings 
  • Custom made items
  • Pre-ordered items
  • Magazines
  • Socks
  • SALE or Discounted items
  • Gift Cards

 

Damages or Faulty
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of the receipt. Do this via email at artisanlifestyle@outlook.com Please include images if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, including the outer packaging so that we can evaluate the issue. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get an exchange or an alternative is to contact us via email at artisanlifestyle@outlook.com and then mail your items to Lively Concept Store Unit 1 23 High Street Stone Staffordshire ST15 8AJ. In all cases apart from defected or damaged goods, if the free shipping offer was used to the initial purchase, we cannot ship the exchange for free. For this reason, we will charge you a standard shipping fee of £4.99 and contact you for payment arrangement

Receiving your Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. This may take up to 48hours. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 days.

Missing or Late Refunds

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Allow up to 14 days for a refund to clear and contact your bank if there's any processing issue. If you've done all this after 14 days from the refund confirmation please contact us via email at artisanlifestyle@outlook.com 

Partial Refunds

Please Note: There are certain situations that you may only be entitle to a partial refunds. These are items not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts or packaging for reasons not due to our error. Any obvious signs of use.

Any shipping costs that you may have paid when purchasing your items are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of that shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping

To return your product, please mail to: Lively Concept Store Unit 1 23 High Street Stone Staffordshire ST15 8AJ. Please not that you will be responsible for your own shipping cost for returning an item.

It is important that you return all parts of the item and all packaging, which must be intact and in re-saleable condition. Do not use the product packaging as the outer packaging and this will render it damaged and unsuitable for resale.

We always recommend you obtain proof of purchase and we do not take any responsibility for the item while it is in transit. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you are shipping a high value item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Faulty Goods

Our faulty goods policy lasts 60 days. Please contact us via email with details of the fault within 60 days.

We can’t offer you a refund or exchange for faulty goods after the 60 days policy. Note that some of our products are an exception to this and offer a 1-3year policy e.g. Secrid wallets, Gingko Design  please contact us for specifics. 

Please note that this Returns and Refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations Act.
