Mango Vinegar

This beautiful and delicious mango flavoured vinegar is the perfect addition to all your summer dishes. The vinegar has the perfect balance between sweet and sour which provides a very harmoniously flavour. The vinegar works fantastically as a fresh summerly dressing to green salads if you blend it together with a splash of olive oil. You can also use the vinegar for marinating chicken or fish. The vinegar comes in a beautiful glass flask which you easily can display on the table together with your oils and favourite spices from Nicolas Vahé.
